Some VFX for a tv spot
PLACING TV LOGO INTO FOOTAGE
The director had the idea of usig the "crime sphere" that the characters used in this tv show, to recreate their tv logo by placing a second small sphere next to it in three different shots from that episode.
CSI Las Vegas, the spot shots:
For CSI NY, they key was only to play with the letters, introducing them in different shots of New York from the episode and giving it a "city look", as shown below:
